SOWA Films takes responsibility for the local production layer agreed in scope. The creative direction and overall production decisions stay with you — we execute the brief you bring, we don’t take over the concept, unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Where the engagement calls for it, the local scope is designed around the key people you bring and the roles you need us to supply — including coordinating location research and relevant local production requirements within the agreed scope; timing and authority requirements vary by location, so they should be checked early.

Goal & Brief
We clarify what you are making, who it is for, where it will be used, what has to be true when the project is finished and what constraints already exist. For this route: we start from what you already have — treatment, script, production brief or schedule — and confirm what local information we still need to build an executable plan.
Concept & Treatment
We work from the creative direction you already own — treatment, script, shot requirements or production assumptions — and translate it into the local production decisions needed to execute the project in Poland.
Pre-production
Crew, cast, locations, schedule, shot plan, equipment, logistics, rights and approvals are turned into an executable production plan.
Production
The shoot runs against an agreed plan with clear ownership, communication and change control.
Post-production
Editing, sound, colour, graphics, VFX where needed, feedback rounds and versioning turn the footage into the agreed deliverables.
Delivery & Use
Final masters, platform versions, agreed files and relevant usage information are delivered for the channels defined in the brief. For this route: delivery includes the local production documentation and handover package agreed in scope, so nothing about the local layer needs to be reconstructed after wrap.

Budget / Commercial Clarity
