For Agencies

Production capacity without losing control of the client relationship.

SOWA Films works with agencies that need a dependable production layer behind their own strategy, creative or account ownership — visible, behind the scenes or fully white-label, with the boundaries agreed before delivery starts.

Fit / Situation

Is this the right route for your agency?

This route is for

  • An agency that already owns the client relationship, strategy or creative direction and needs a production partner to execute the work.
  • A situation where your own crew or production setup is unavailable, over capacity, or doesn’t cover part of the job.
  • A named producer or account owner on your side who can agree roles, approvals and communication boundaries before work begins.
  • A need for our involvement to stay invisible to, or clearly bounded with, your own client.

This route is not for

  • A brand or company running its own campaign, launch or brand film directly, not through an agency — see Brand & Campaign Production.
  • A marketing or content team producing its own regular video rhythm directly, not through an agency — see Regular Video Production.
  • Local crew and logistics in Poland for a production your own team is already directing — see Production Services in Poland.

What Agencies Need to Know

The handover matters as much as the camera.

Before production starts, we agree who talks to the client, who owns creative decisions, what SOWA Films is responsible for, who approves changes and how confidentiality and credits work.

  • Client-contact rules
  • NDA and confidentiality requirements
  • White-label or visible production role
  • Creative ownership and approval chain
  • Budget and change control
  • Production schedule and delivery milestones
  • Credits and public-use permissions
  • Handover back to the agency

Where needed, we formalise white-label delivery, client-contact rules, NDA requirements and publication permissions before the work begins.

What We Can Take On

From full production to overflow capacity.

Two ends of one spectrum, depending on what your agency already owns.

Full Production, Under Your Brand

We can take responsibility for an agreed production — from an approved concept through to delivery — while your agency retains the client relationship and the roles agreed for the project. The underlying work can be a brand film, a campaign, a commercial, ongoing content or a local production in Poland; what changes here is who owns the relationship and how visible we are.

Execution Capacity for Your Own Plan

Where your agency already has the creative direction, a treatment or your own production documents, we can plug in for the parts you need — crew and production management, a local Polish production layer, post-production and versioning, or overflow capacity when your own setup is full.

The right shape depends on what your agency already owns and what you need us to take off your plate, not on picking a fixed package.

How the Production Works

The same six-stage process, with responsibilities agreed upfront.

Goal & Brief

We clarify what you are making, who it is for, where it will be used, what has to be true when the project is finished and what constraints already exist. For this route: the brief also sets the communication map — who we talk to, what’s white-label, and how approvals move between your team and ours.

Concept & Treatment

Depending on the project, we translate the objective into a creative route, script, treatment, visual language and production assumptions.

Pre-production

Crew, cast, locations, schedule, shot plan, equipment, logistics, rights and approvals are turned into an executable production plan.

Production

The shoot runs against an agreed plan with clear ownership, communication and change control.

Post-production

Editing, sound, colour, graphics, VFX where needed, feedback rounds and versioning turn the footage into the agreed deliverables.

Delivery & Use

Final masters, platform versions, agreed files and relevant usage information are delivered for the channels defined in the brief. For this route: delivery includes the agreed handover — credits, archive and any publication permissions settled in advance, not renegotiated after the fact.

Budget / Commercial Clarity

What shapes the estimate for agency-led work.

The estimate follows the same drivers as the underlying production — ambition, shoot days, crew, locations, equipment and post-production — plus how much of the process you need us to own end-to-end versus execute against your own plan. We agree the commercial structure, change control and any white-label terms before work begins, so nothing is renegotiated mid-project.
