SOWA Films is a Poland-based production company working with brands, agencies and production partners. We combine film craft with structured production management and an understanding of what happens to the material after the shoot.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
The production should serve the idea, the audience and the use.
More equipment, more crew or more shoot days are not automatically better. The right production is the one that gives the idea what it needs while keeping scope, rights, timing and budget under control. We don’t sell a shoot day or a crew’s time — we take responsibility for a designed result, a clear production process and deliverables that are ready for real use.
HOW WE OPERATE
A small core. The right team for the job.
SOWA Films keeps a deliberately small internal core, so responsibility for a production never gets lost inside a large organisation. The wider crew — camera, lighting, art department, specialist post-production — is built project by project from a trusted network, matched to what the brief actually needs rather than to a fixed department. That keeps the production accountable to one team, while still being able to scale when a job genuinely calls for it. Our strongest relationships and production experience are rooted in Szczecin and Poznań; we work across Poland when the story or the client requires it.

Ownership
We take responsibility for reaching the agreed result, not only for finishing our own task — and each project is expected to make the next one better.
Transparency
You know what’s included, what changed, and who owns the next decision — including when something isn’t going well.
Disciplined craft
Image and sound quality matter, but complexity has to earn its place: scope, budget, schedule and approvals are part of the creative process, not paperwork added after it.
Rights & safety by default
People, permissions, releases and chain of title are production fundamentals, handled from the start, not an afterthought.
COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION & ORIGINAL WORK
Commercial production, and a small portfolio of original work.
Commercial production is SOWA Films’ core business — brand films, campaigns and ongoing video work for clients, agencies and production partners. Alongside it, we develop a small number of original and co-produced film projects as a separate creative and investment track, kept distinct from client work but drawing on the same production discipline and craft. SOWA Films works independently and can also work alongside SOWA Marketing when a project calls for combined production and marketing capability — always under clearly separated scope and responsibility.
